Content Policy

We want to make sure that all of our users feel safe and comfortable while using our Site and accessing its Content (as those terms are defined in our Terms Of Use). We have drafted this content policy to ensure that users understand and follow the rules when using our Site.
We may monitor users’ input, shared content, and activities on our Site. We may remove or edit inappropriate or harmful content or activity that we identify or that is reported to us. We may separately suspend, disable, or terminate a user’s access to all or part of the Site. We may report inappropriate content or activity to a user’s employer, school, or other educational institution, and/or legal authorities.
You are prohibited from using our Site to post, publish, repurpose, distribute, communicate, or transmit any text, graphics, video, audio, site output, or other content that:

  • (i) is false or misleading; (ii) is defamatory; (iii) invades another’s privacy; (iv) is obscene, pornographic, or offensive; (v) promotes or exhibits bigotry, discrimination, racism, hatred, or harm against any individual or group; (vi) infringes another’s rights, including any intellectual property rights; or (vii) violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability;
  • Contains illegal content or promotes illegal activities with the intent to commit such activities;
  • Contains credible threats or organizes acts of real-world violence. We do not allow content that creates the appearance of a risk of physical injury or property damage, creates the appearance of a threat to people or public safety, or organizes or encourages harm;
  • Harasses others. Abusive or otherwise inappropriate content directed at private individuals is not permitted under any circumstances;
  • Violates intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. Do not share content that you do not have the right to share, claim content that you did not create as your own, or otherwise infringe or misappropriate someone else’s intellectual property or other rights. Always attribute materials used or quoted by you to the original copyright owner;
  • Spams others. Do not share irrelevant or inappropriate advertising, promotional, or solicitation content;
  • Circumvents, or attempts to circumvent or otherwise evades, our safety mitigations or safeguards;
  • Otherwise violates the Nava AI Terms of Use.

The Site is intended to be a safe space for individuals to pursue visa applications under the guidance of licensed attorneys without fear of being made to feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, or unsafe on account of biological sex, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, cultural background, religious affiliation, age, physical or mental ability, country of origin, or veteran status. Any conduct that appears to undermine this safe space is prohibited. Nava AI has the right to suspend or revoke your access to the Site or use of the Site if you engage in or otherwise promote such conduct.
Please note that specific Content may have additional rules and requirements.
In addition, you are not allowed to:

  • Do anything that violates local, state, national, or international law or breaches any of your contractual obligations or fiduciary duties.
  • Share your password, let anyone besides yourself access your account, or do anything that might put your account at risk.
  • Attempt to access any other user’s account.
  • Reproduce, transfer, sell, resell, or otherwise misuse any Content, unless specifically authorized to do so.
  • Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of our systems, unless specifically authorized to do so.
  • Break or circumvent our authentication or security measures or otherwise test the vulnerability of our systems or networks, unless specifically authorized to do so.
  • Reverse engineer, or attempt to reverse engineer, any portion of our Site.
  • Interfere, or attempt to interfere, with any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, spamming, or mail-bombing.
  • Use our Site to distribute malware.
  • Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Encourage or help anyone do any of the things on this list.
